    Parece que la Academia ha redimido sus pecados y ha tenido una gala de Premios Grammy en la que los afroamericanos y las mujeres han tenido su papel protagonista, dos asignaturas pendientes que el año pasado levantaron muchas ampollas. Lo cierto es que todo empezó con la elección de la anfitriona: Alicia Keys. Hacía 14 años que una mujer no se ponía al frente de los premios musicales por excelencia a nivel mundial.

    Si el cine espera con ansias la lista de ganadores de los Oscar, la música tiene la de los Grammy. Ya se ha celebrado la gala número 61 en la que el gran protagonista, Childish Gambino, no estuvo presente molesto por el tratamiento de la Academia a los artistas de Hip Hop. Pero tal vez, después de haber conseguido que su This is America se convierta en la primera canción de rap en recibir el premio a la canción del año, haya cambiado de opinión. Por cierto que este tema también ha sido reconocido como la mejor grabación del año.

    En cuanto a las mujeres, Dua Lipa, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Cardi BKacey Musgraves, han sido algunas de las premiadas. El poder femenino ha estado presente en todo momento y, muy aplaudido, ha sido el discurso de Michelle Obama.
